How to place an order

Find something you like? Use the PayPal Button  Add to cart  to add items to your shopping cart from our store.
Please note that all PayPal prices include shipping and handling.
Clicking on the Add to Cart button will open a new window listing the items in your cart. You can checkout or continue shopping.

Order Direct from Web Site Using E-mail order form.
Pros:
Use this order form if you have special shipping requirements.
We find the lowest shipping cost for Combining heavy items.
E-Mail orders offer more shipping options than the PayPal shopping cart.
   - First Class Mail (weight less than 13 oz)
   - Priority Mail
   - Priority Flat Rate Mail (item must fit in USPS standard box)
   - USPS Ground
   - Other
All orders are weighted, and shipping costs calculated based on shipping method and Zip code specified in your order. This amount is then added to the order. You will then receive an order confirmation e-mail detailing total cost.
Cons:
Order process is slow.
Necessary to fill out the order form.

Standard shipment method for all Books is via US Postal Service Media Mail (Book Rate).
Media Mail Shipping Charges
Delivery time: 2 to 10 business days.

All Book's $5.05 - Up to 2.99 Lbs $0.70 for each pound or less over 3.0 Lbs
Average weight for Paperback books is 0.4 pounds - you can buy about 7 books for the same shipping cost as for one book.
Average weight for Hard Cover books is about 1.4 pounds - you can buy 2 books for the same shipping cost as for one book.

PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING CHARGES
Delivery time: 1 to 3  business days.
Priority Mail shipping cost for all items depends on destination.
We will need your Zip code to compute cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

International shipments are very expensive and are quoted on a per order basis.

Please note that there is a $5.00 handling charge for International Orders.

INSURANCE - Domestic Orders

Insurance is at the discretion of the buyer, and is in addition to the standard shipping and handling charges.

Payment Information

We do not accept credit cards directly - Credit cards are accepted through PayPal's secure server.
Roger's Attic accepts payment in the form of money orders, personal checks, bank drafts, or international money orders in US funds. Please allow time for the payment to clear the bank. Cash is also accepted (send at your own risk).

Credit cards can be used to order from Roger's Attic if the payment is made through PayPal.
To place a credit card order via PayPal, add your selections to the shopping cart, then click on the View Cart Button and follow instructions. PayPal is safe, secure, and best of all it's FREE.

Please note that all PayPal prices include shipping and handling.

All other orders will have shipping and handling added when checking out.

E-Mail Orders Only
Upon receipt of your order, we will verify the availability of the item(s) and confirm the order to you via e-mail. The confirmation notice will list the items ordered, shipping cost and total payment required based upon your specified shipping instructions.
Confirmation will also specify where to send payment. Once confirmation has been sent, the order will be held pending receipt of payment for 12 calendar days. If payment is not received by the 12th day, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be made available to other customers. If payment is received after the 12th day, a refund will be promptly made for any items that have been sold. Items still available will be shipped.

We understand that circumstances may prevent a buyer from remitting payment in a timely manner. If such a circumstance should arise, please contact us immediately via e-mail and advise when payment will be sent or cancel your order.
